Perfect for celebrations or key sporting events, our craft beer tricycle offers a unique and innovative way to provide the best of local craft beers. We’ve partnered with our local brewers – The Belleville Brewing Company – to ensure that we only serve the finest brews.

Our beer trike is not just a serving station, but a conversation starter and a centrepiece that adds a unique, creative touch to any corporate event, private party or office gathering. Whether you prefer a crisp lager, a hoppy IPA, a rich dark stout or a refreshing ale, we have options to satisfy every palate.

Our efficient setup allows us to serve up to 100 cold and fresh pints an hour, which means your guests never have to wait long for a refill. We also offer different sized kegs, helping to reduce waste if you’re anticipating lower numbers of guests.

Starting from £1,400 + VAT

The daily rate includes 100 servings with additional pints (in batches of 50) charged at £7.50 + VAT each. A trained operator will be with you to serve your guests.

We have used Ideas Box many times for luxury events across the years, they're always professional and very easy to deal with. The attendants are always smart and friendly, and the tricycles look gorgeous. The ice cream is a particular favourite of ours!

We have worked with IdeasBox on a handful of events now and can confirm they are the best at what they do. Whether you want hotdogs, crepes or even a cheese trike, they can do it all! They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

Ideas Box provided for us a coffee stand for an event and it was the best in the whole venue - not only per my opinion but the attendees' as well 🙂 The baristas were really lovely, friendly and knew what they were doing. We are really pleased with it and glad we went for it.

I am a wedding and event planner and working with Ideas Box always feels like sprinkling magic into an event.

Ideas Box bring a kind of fun that is effortless yet unforgettable. Their food and drink tricycles and mobile carts turn service into spectacle. Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.

Colour, movement, and flavour. Ideas Box bring all three in perfect harmony. In a sea of suppliers that can feel formulaic, Harvey and his team remain refreshingly original. For me, knowing they are part of any event gives peace of mind.
