Have worked with Ideas Box many times and they are always a pleasure to deal with - in the run up to the event and of course on site on the event day too. The food is always great quality and the tricycles always look great. Would highly recommend.

We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

We have worked with Harvey, Jane, Nairn and everyone at IdeasBox for many years. Their attention details, quality of product and after-service is second to none. We will only hire our tricycles from these guys...I suggest you do the same.

Ideas Box provided for us a coffee stand for an event and it was the best in the whole venue - not only per my opinion but the attendees' as well 🙂 The baristas were really lovely, friendly and knew what they were doing. We are really pleased with it and glad we went for it.

I am a wedding and event planner and working with Ideas Box always feels like sprinkling magic into an event.
From the moment the conversation begins with Harvey Ward you sense you are in capable hands. Harvey is a gem of a human, warm, inventive, utterly dedicated, and that spirit flows through every idea, every tricycle, every vibrant cart he sends.
Ideas Box bring a kind of fun that is effortless yet unforgettable. Their food and drink tricycles and mobile carts turn service into spectacle. Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.
What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.
Colour, movement, and flavour. Ideas Box bring all three in perfect harmony. In a sea of suppliers that can feel formulaic, Harvey and his team remain refreshingly original. For me, knowing they are part of any event gives peace of mind.
I cannot recommend Ideas Box, and Harvey Ward in particular, highly enough.

We used Ideas Box for our large corporate event recently across their Espresso Martini Trike and other products, and they were absolutely amazing! The whole team were beyond lovely to work with both in the lead up and on the day, massively helpful and tailored everything they could to be bespoke to our event. All of the trike products were delicious and sold out on the day! Thank you team.

Jane and the Ideas Box team were absolutely fantastic at our last event. Communication was excellent throughout, and the trikes were a huge hit. They were flexible and accommodating when we needed additional drinks poured on the day, responded quickly to emails, and even helped us make last-minute design changes. A 10/10 experience, I’m really looking forward to working with them again.
