As part of our wider range of drinks tricycles, our hot drink stands are perfect for those early morning conferences, Christmas brand activations or Autumnal events.
As well as our growing range of ever-popular artisan coffees, served from a variety of eye-catching high-tech mobile stands, you can also hire our hot chocolate tricycle or mulled wine trike for Christmas parties and winter events.
An experienced barista will attend your event with any hot drinks stand that you hire, and most of them operate from a single 13amp domestic plug socket (the stand, not the barista!)
You can also choose to have branded coffee tricycles for promotional events and product launches. All of our tricycles and bars can feature your company colours & logo, and we’re able to offer your guests branded cups too. This turns a coffee station into a marketing feature. Great drinks and strong corporate branding create a memorable guest experience.

We have worked with IdeasBox on a handful of events now and can confirm they are the best at what they do. Whether you want hotdogs, crepes or even a cheese trike, they can do it all! They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

We have worked with Harvey, Jane, Nairn and everyone at IdeasBox for many years. Their attention details, quality of product and after-service is second to none. We will only hire our tricycles from these guys...I suggest you do the same.

Ideas Box provided for us a coffee stand for an event and it was the best in the whole venue - not only per my opinion but the attendees' as well 🙂 The baristas were really lovely, friendly and knew what they were doing. We are really pleased with it and glad we went for it.

Jane and the Ideas Box team were absolutely fantastic at our last event. Communication was excellent throughout, and the trikes were a huge hit. They were flexible and accommodating when we needed additional drinks poured on the day, responded quickly to emails, and even helped us make last-minute design changes.
