The quintessential summer drink, but with extra flair!

There are few drinks that say British summer quite like a glass of Pimm’s. Our Pimm’s hire comes with all the traditional ingredients you’d expect – fresh fruit, cucumber, citrus and mint, topped up with refreshing lemonade – but served from a rather more memorable bar.

Created in 2012 for the Diamond Jubilee celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II, guests can have their drinks prepared and served from our beautifully designed tricycle. We provide bespoke glassware and our distinctive serving trays, while our uniformed operator takes care of the drinks throughout your event.

It’s a simple way to make a drinks reception feel more special without the formality of a traditional bar.

The daily rate includes 150 glasses of summer Pimm’s. Additional servings are priced at £9.00 + VAT. We send a uniformed operator with all our tricycles to serve your guests and ensure your event goes smoothly.

Pimm’s tricycle hire at a glance

The Pimm’s tricycle is designed to provide a complete drinks service rather than simply supply the equipment.

Our daily hire includes 150 glasses of summer Pimm’s and a uniformed Ideas Box operator to prepare and serve the drinks. The tricycle measures approximately 1m × 2.5m and needs just one 13A power supply.

We’ll arrive with everything needed, set up before your guests arrive and look after the drinks service throughout your event. Additional servings can be added if you are expecting a larger crowd.

And if you’re planning a corporate event or brand activation, we can also customise the tricycle with your own colours and logo. Take a look at our corporate branding offers.

We have used Ideas Box many times for luxury events across the years, they're always professional and very easy to deal with. The attendants are always smart and friendly, and the tricycles look gorgeous. The ice cream is a particular favourite of ours!

We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!
