Our tricycles – all decorated in eye-catching liveries – are equipped with authentic Swiss raclette machines This allows us to replicate one of Switzerland’s favourite delicacies in front of your eyes!

The half wheel of cheese is slowly grilled under our two gas or electric burners, and the melted cheese scraped over hot baby new potatoes. Accompanied by tasty balsamic onions, cornichons, sliced red peppers and rocket, our trike provides a versatile snack for a wide range of events.

The daily rate includes two raclette machines, 100 servings, and two uniformed operators. Additional servings are priced at £8.50 + VAT.

We have used Ideas Box many times for luxury events across the years, they're always professional and very easy to deal with. The attendants are always smart and friendly, and the tricycles look gorgeous. The ice cream is a particular favourite of ours!

We have worked with IdeasBox on a handful of events now and can confirm they are the best at what they do. Whether you want hotdogs, crepes or even a cheese trike, they can do it all! They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

Ideas Box provided for us a coffee stand for an event and it was the best in the whole venue - not only per my opinion but the attendees' as well 🙂 The baristas were really lovely, friendly and knew what they were doing. We are really pleased with it and glad we went for it.

Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.
