There’s nothing quite like a waffle that’s still warm from the iron. Our waffles are freshly cooked for your guests and served with a mouth-watering choice of toppings – Nutella and fresh strawberries, maple syrup, bananas, icing sugar or whipped cream.

Guests can see their waffles being prepared and finished in front of them, turning a simple sweet treat into part of an event experience.

Our eye-catching waffle tricycles also make a great focal point, whether you’re catering for a corporate event, exhibition, product launch, party or wedding. And with a friendly Ideas Box operator on hand to do the serving, you can leave us to keep the waffles coming while you enjoy the event.

The daily waffle tricycle hire rate includes 150 single waffles. Our trike is supplied with a professional, uniformed operator.

We have used Ideas Box many times for luxury events across the years, they're always professional and very easy to deal with. The attendants are always smart and friendly, and the tricycles look gorgeous. The ice cream is a particular favourite of ours!

We have worked with IdeasBox on a handful of events now and can confirm they are the best at what they do. Whether you want hotdogs, crepes or even a cheese trike, they can do it all! They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.
