Perfect for an alpine themed Christmas party or a refreshing treat during those warm summer months, it’s a fun and refreshing alternative to standard bar hire or unhealthy slush puppies.

Starting from £1,250 + VAT

The daily rate includes approximately 240 servings. Additional servings are charged at £25 + VAT for 20. Spirits are at an additional cost, with a 0.7 litre of Smirnoff Red Vodka being priced at £40 + VAT and providing 28 servings.

How it works

1 – Ice to snow: we feed ice cubes into our specialized snow cone machine, which finely shaves them into snow.
2 – Flavourful syrups: choose a selection of 12 delicious Monin syrups (over 70 options to choose from).
3 – Spirited twist: for an extra kick, we can add a 25ml shot of Vodka. Popular alternatives include Rum and Crème de Cassis.

A safer, fun alternative

Unlike traditional Vodka Luges or Shot Girls, our snow cones tricycle offers a safer option. Each serving includes only a single shot of spirit, and the substantial amount of ice ensures guests enjoy a fun and responsible treat.

They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

Ideas Box bring a kind of fun that is effortless yet unforgettable. Their food and drink tricycles and mobile carts turn service into spectacle. Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.
