Inspired by the chic coffee houses of Shoreditch in the 1950s and ’60s, our retro espresso bar brings a stylish focal point to your event.

Handcrafted from French oak and white quartz, our espresso bar is paired with a distinctive Elektra Barlume espresso machine. The result is a beautiful, fully equipped coffee bar that looks as good as the coffee it serves.

Our coffee machines are available in thirteen different colours. This makes it easy to complement your corporate branding, event theme or colour scheme.

Starting from £1,600 + VAT

Our day hire rate includes a full range of coffees, teas and hot chocolates along with two experienced baristas to both set up and serve. Pumpkin spice lattes and matcha are also available in the Autumn. Additional portions are priced at £4.00 + VAT.

We have used Ideas Box many times for luxury events across the years, they're always professional and very easy to deal with. The attendants are always smart and friendly, and the tricycles look gorgeous. The ice cream is a particular favourite of ours!

We have worked with IdeasBox on a handful of events now and can confirm they are the best at what they do. Whether you want hotdogs, crepes or even a cheese trike, they can do it all! They've catered at our events for 1,700+ attendees and the quality is always incredible! Very yummy food. We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

Ideas Box bring a kind of fun that is effortless yet unforgettable. Their food and drink tricycles and mobile carts turn service into spectacle. Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.

Colour, movement, and flavour. Ideas Box bring all three in perfect harmony. In a sea of suppliers that can feel formulaic, Harvey and his team remain refreshingly original. For me, knowing they are part of any event gives peace of mind.

I cannot recommend Ideas Box, and Harvey Ward in particular, highly enough.

Jane and the Ideas Box team were absolutely fantastic at our last event. Communication was excellent throughout, and the trikes were a huge hit.
