Introducing our brand new digital coffee bar – the ultimate centrepiece for your event. Designed in elegant French Oak and adorned with a top-of-the-range Elektra Barlume espresso machine, these mobile coffee bars are more than just a conversation starter!

We have two models available to hire. At the heart of each sits either a 65-inch or 55-inch ultra high-definition flat screen, allowing you to project your own content, branding, videos, or live messaging directly to your guests. Whether it’s a product launch, corporate event, or private party, you control the story they see.

Available in thirteen different colours, our coffee machines can seamlessly fit in with almost any corporate theme. Please do ask us about our range.

Starting from £1,800 + VAT

Our mobile coffee bar package comes with two experienced baristas, 250 servings of hot beverages – including a full range of artisan coffees, speciality teas and a luxury hot chocolate. We also provide on-the-day collection and delivery. Additional beverages can be purchased from £4.00 + VAT each.

Sustainable, speciality coffees

We source our Espresso beans from our local roastery – Assembly – a B-Corp with equally impressive coffee and sustainability credentials. We use their house blend – 60% Brazil, 30% Colombia, 10% DR Congo. The beans offer a classic profile with ‘prominent notes of chocolate and caramel, and a weighty texture’.

Biodynamic, organic teas

Our speciality teas come from Hampstead Organic – each bag is 100% organic, biodynamic, plastic-free and packed in biodegradable pouches. We offer English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Green, Chamomile and Peppermint/Spearmint. After something different? Let the team know and we will do our best to source.

Hiring our digital coffee bar

If you want to hire our coffee stand, you should also consider our amazing coffee printing machine! Extremely popular in this media crazy age, we can print logos, messages and even selfies on top of your beverages live at an event. Perfect for that social media Instagram moment.

We booked the Espresso Stand for a client's event at the Nike Store on Kings Road and everything about it was fantastic.
The staff were smart, helpful, on time and super flexible with timings. Basically anything we threw at them they excelled with.
The coffees were beautifully made and tasted fantastic.
They did absolutely everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a smart, professional and stress free coffee service!

Whether it is a gourmet crepes bike, an ice cream cart or a chic mobile coffee station, they transform even the smallest corner into something alive and joyous.

What sets them apart is how easy they make it for me and my clients. They listen carefully to a brief and then inject their own clever ideas to elevate it. They never overpromise and they always deliver. On event day they arrive bright, confident, and precise. The atmosphere shifts the moment one of their carts rolls in.

Colour, movement, and flavour. Ideas Box bring all three in perfect harmony. In a sea of suppliers that can feel formulaic, Harvey and his team remain refreshingly original. For me, knowing they are part of any event gives peace of mind.
