Early stages

Set a budget: in London, you’re looking at around £75 per person for a ‘low budget’ event, £120 per person for a ‘medium budget’ event, and £130 or more for an ‘upper budget’.
Choose a date: avoid Thursday – they are now the new Friday – and suppliers will be booked long in advance. Most people have their parties during the first or second week of December. Much later than that and you’re starting to run into the holiday season when more people are likely to be away.
Decide on the format of your event: will it be a family-inclusive event, a sit-down dinner, or just some drinks and a quiz in the office?

12 weeks out

Book your catering
